We are a self-service document generation tool. We use AI to analyse your photos, search for prior pothole reports, and generate a claim letter based on the information you provide. That is the extent of our service.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated letter, sending it to your council, and handling all correspondence and negotiation that follows. If you need legal advice about your claim, we recommend consulting a qualified solicitor.
We do not guarantee that your claim will succeed. The outcome depends entirely on the circumstances of your case and your council's response. Average claim amounts referenced on our site (such as £390) are illustrative figures based on published data and are not a guarantee of what any individual claimant will receive.
Our service uses artificial intelligence for photo analysis and letter generation. AI can produce errors or inaccuracies. You must review all generated content before use and correct any mistakes.
